Judiciary Monitoring and Evaluation System - JMES

The Judiciary Monitoring and Evaluation System (JMES) is an integrated digital platform designed to support the Judiciary in tracking and reporting on the performance of its operations, programs, and strategic initiatives. JMES supports evidence-based decision-making by providing information and data on the implementation of workplans, projects, key decisions and strategic plan key performance indicators (case management, functional and physical access to justice, resource utilisation, service delivery timelines, and institutional effectiveness). The system enhances transparency, accountability, and efficiency within the Judiciary by facilitating timely monitoring, comprehensive evaluations, and informed planning and budgeting.
